Sr. .NET Developer

League City, TX Full-Time 40 hrs/week | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM $135,000/year

Job Location: 3945 Sunset Terrace Dr, League City, TX 77573. Telecommuting permitted.

Duties:

Design and develop enterprise-level web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API, ensuring adherence to object-oriented programming principles and coding standards.
Build, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices that integrate with frontend React applications and third-party systems.
Collaborate daily with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional team members to gather requirements, prioritize backlog items, and deliver functional software increments in agile sprint cycles.
Develop and enhance interactive user interfaces using React JS, Angular, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript to meet client-specific business requirements.
Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated UI test scripts using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure software quality and reliability.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects in production applications, identify root causes, and implement fixes to restore system functionality and performance.
Design and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data access layers using T-SQL, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework against SQL Server and relational databases.
Apply software design and architectural patterns such as Factory, Singleton, and Adapter to build scalable, maintainable, and reusable code components.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions to ensure development progress aligns with project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and 24 months of experience in software development or related fields. Proficiency required in: React JS, Angular, Common Language Runtime (CLR), Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, REST, Cypress, Unit Testing, and Implementing Automated Testing. Proficiency may be gained through education or experience.
